We are giving you the chance to open your own shop under the guidance of our brand in offering you our affiliation or franchise contract.

Sud Express will work with you on the different stages of the creation
of your project to ensure its success.
The principal conditions of affilitation or franchising:
- A medium-sized town (+/- 50 000 inhabitants).
- A prime position in the town or commercial centre.
- An area large enough to display our collections to their full potential(80 to 100sqm).
Investment:
The ability to be able to finance the necessary investment in the creation of a ready-to-wear shop is required for:br>
- The purchase of the furniture.
- The related building and conversion costs and associated installations (alarm, air-conditioning), depending on the initial state of the unit.
- The eventual key money for the store.
On your behalf, we will check out the economic and financial viability of your project using the analysis tools used during the opening of our own shops.
1 - Affiliation:
Following the sales plan, your opening stock will be delivered to you and its positioning on the sales floor is carried out by our merchandising teams.
We manage the restocking as well as the daily introduction of new lines reacting to sales which we monitor through our computerised point of sale system.
A commission is paid on your sales turnover.
All unsold stock is returned in its entirety to Sud Express.
2 - Franchising:
Having excellent knowledge and command of your market, you make your own selection and order through your regional account manager.
You decide the retail price of the collections and arrange restocking by monitoring your own stock.
Unsold stock is not taken back by Sud Express at the end of the season.
3 - Distribution:
You are experts in distribution within your country and you want to develop a network of multi-branded boutiques and/or concessions in Department stores.
