Take your measurements directly on your body, standing straight, legs pressed together.
Use a tape measure and do not tighten it too much around your body.
P = Bust
Measure under the arms at the fullest point around the bust horizontally and circle your chest at its widest point. Do not take measurements while holding your breath.
T = Waist
Measure around the natural waistline. This means the circumference of your middle.
Your tape measure must be horizontal and circle your waist (the slimmest part).
B = Hips
Your tape measure must be horizontal and circle your hips and buttocks at the widest point. With the feet together measure the fullest part.
E = Inside leg
In bare feet take the measurement from the inside leg and measure down the inside leg to the floor.

To determine your belt size, we advise you to take measurements on a belt you wear. To do that, place your belt flat and measure from the end of the strap (where the buckle is attached, not including the buckle) to the hole where you usually buckle the belt.
