"J’ai été vite déçue de mon achat dont la qualité n’était pas au rendez-vous malgré une coupe du pantalon très chouette. Les points de couture ont commencé à se défaire au bout d’une semaine. Le choix du tissu laisse à désirer tellement il se détend. J’ai dû rendre ce pantalon qui se décousait et j’ai perdu le bon de fidélité que j’avais utilisé au moment de l’achat. En effet, l’avoir qui est sorti correspondait au prix après avoir retiré le montant du bon fidélité. Lorsque je l’ai réclamé, la vendeuse m’a répondu qu’elle ne pouvait rien faire et que c’était la caisse qui décidait. Ce type de réponse est inadmissible. Je suis très déçue par le niveau de finition et le service client qui a suivi."
