Step 1. Take your measurements

Take your measurements directly on your body while standing, with your legs together. Use a flexible measuring tape and don't pull it too tight against your body.

P = bust circumference Your measuring tape should be horizontal as it goes around the fullest part of your chest. Don't hold your breath while taking the measurement.

T = waist circumference This is your abdominal measurement. Keep the tape horizontal as it goes around your waist at its narrowest point.

B = hip circumference Wrap the tape horizontally around the widest part of your hips and buttocks.

E = inseam length Measure the height from your inner thigh to your ankle.

"Cet article ne devrait pas être vendu. Il est confortable mais il déteint de façon inacceptable. Malgré un premier lavage pour dégorger il a complètement déteint sur un blouson en velours beige tout neuf par simple frottement entre le haut du jeans et le bas du blouson. Pire ayant une crampe à la jambe je me frotte la jambe pendant 2 minutes et me voilà avec une main toute bleue. Je jette avant d'autres dégâts? par exemple, sur un beau canapé écru?"
