What are the delivery prices and delivery times ?

The invoicing of the delivery depends on the amount of your order and your country of delivery.
Depending on the products ordered, the preparation and delivery times: Allow 5 to 7 working days to receive your order. The preparation takes place within 48-72 hours.
For any order in mainland France, the costs are:

• Point Relais: € 4.95 - Free from € 120 - Free returns
• Colissimo at home without signature: € 6.90 - Free from € 200 - Free returns with Mondial Relay.
• DHL delivery at home in Europe (Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Belgium)
• Mondial Relay delivery in pickup point in Europe (Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Belgium)

Is online payment secure?

All data associated with your order and your payment are sent via encryption using the SSL protocol from your computer to our banking partner's electronic payment terminal.

You're able to verify the security system by spotting on the bottom of the page a locked padlock the universal security symbol giving you complete security as you conclude your online transaction.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will be informed immediately by email.
This message will also contain a tracking number and a link for tracking your order. You just need to click on the link to find where your package is, in real time.

For the Colissimo and Point Relay delivery mode, you can also find this number on the details for your order in your « My account » area, which will let you view the processing steps in progress.

How can I return my product?

With one of our products, just return any item purchased on our website within 14 days from the day your order was received, without having to provide a reason, as long as the products is in perfect condition (see. General Terms and Conditions of Sale). Exclude are products made to your specifications, or clearly personalised, made to order or not, which cannot be the subject of the right of retraction on your part pursuant to Article 121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code.

For the purposes of this return, we invite you to either read our response to the question I would like to return all or part of my order, or to contact our Sud Express Customer Service, who will advise you on the most appropriate procedure to follow, based on the shipping method used for your product.

How can I use my promotionnal code ?

The promotional code is associated with a specific operation. It is usable only once and promo codes may not be combined.

Using the Promo Code :

The promo code must be entered in the I have a promo code field, below the order total, when you are filling your shopping cart and before confirming your order. Once your order is confirmed, you can no longer re-credit the sales discount associated with a promo code. It would then be lost permanently.

Furthermore, we strongly recommend you finalise your order immediately after entering your promo code in order to prevent any malfunctions which may deprive you of its benefits.
