Take your measurements directly on your body by standing up, legs closed. Use a tape mesure and don't over tighten it to your body.
P = Chest size
Your tape mesure must be in horizontal by measuring the bigger part of your chest size. Don't take the measurements by holding your breath.
T = Waist size
It refers to your abdominal size. Your tape mesure must be horizontal by going around your belly at the hollow of you waistline (the thinner part).
B = Hips size
Your tape mesure must be horizontal by going around your hips and your butt at the larger part.
E = Inside legs length
Mesure the height of the inside leg, from the inside of the thighs to your ankle.
